Delivery Times
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday–Friday are picked, packed, and dispatched the same business day. Orders received after 2PM or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are typically visible within 2 hours of dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to the following regions via DHL Express:
- European Union (2–4 business days)
- United States & Canada (3–5 business days)
- Australia & New Zealand (4–6 business days)
- Other regions - please contact us for a shipping quote
International prices are shown in GBP. Customs duties, import taxes, and any associated brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. ProTech Ecommerce Ltd has no control over delays caused by customs clearance.
Warranty Information
All products sold by ProTech Hardware are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category:

The exact warranty period for each product is stated on the individual product page. Warranty is voided by physical damage, incorrect installation, or operation outside specified parameters.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email support@protechhw.com with your order number and a description of the fault.
- Our team will diagnose the issue - we may ask for photos, error logs, or a remote session.
- If the item is confirmed faulty, we will issue an RMA number and arrange collection at our cost.
- We handle the manufacturer RMA on your behalf. You won't need to deal with the manufacturer directly.
- Replacement or repair is typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the manufacturer.
